Some of the most interesting projects of the past 15 years are, among others:

Building lifting unit

The hydraulic building lifting system developed jointly with Bilfinger & Berger and the Schneider Group uses an architectural PC image of the building symmetry and foundations.

Up to 60 programme-controlled hydraulic cylinders are then positioned below the foundations, lifting and levelling the building up to 2 m – even multi-storey apartment buildings can be lifted in this way.

The services provided by Jessat GmbH included hardware design, software, control engineering and visualisation.

Ariane 5

For Interatom (Siemens), Jessat GmbH developed X-ray inspection equipment for the two solid fuel boosters of the Ariane 5 rocket. It is used for the early detection of inclusions within the fuel, which could lead to uneven combustion.

Each of the approximately 230 t boosters at the space station in French Guyana consists of 3 segments, each 30 m high and about 3 m in diameter. Jessat GmbH was responsible for the hardware design, measurement and control technology, software development and visualisation of the system.

UBS/GAD/FAD robot systems

Jessat GmbH realised the complete control and process equipment for the head control and process visualisation for the robots, communication to the material handling as well as archiving of the data for quality control.

Paint mixing room

Furthermore, Jessat GmbH is specialised in the realisation of various paint mixing rooms in cooperation with customers and manufacturers, including the associated process visualisation, and has already gained process engineering experience through multiple project planning of the plants. The plants are mostly certified for Ex zones 1 and 2.
